We’re grateful for the opportunity to have supported your business. If you’ve decided to pause or discontinue your marketing services, please complete the form below to begin the cancellation process.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. We kindly ask for a 30-day written notice, as outlined in our agreement. During this time, all services will remain active, and our team will be available to assist with access or transitions, including DNS management via Cloudflare.

If you're looking to reduce your monthly investment rather than fully cancel, you also have the option to keep essential services such as your Monthly Updates Plan (MUP), Care Plan, or hosting.

30-Day Notice Policy(Required)

As outlined in our agreement, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel services. Billing will continue during this notice period, and services will remain active.

DNS Cloudflare Access(Required)

We currently manage your DNS through Cloudflare. There is no need to request a transfer. We will simply add you as a user to the DNS account during the transition period, so you maintain full access.

Google Accounts(Required)

We create various Google properties if you did not have them when we began. You agree that you are responsible for transfering your Google properties like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and/or Google Ads.

Archiving(Required)

I understand that once cancellation is complete, all canceled services, files, and platform access will be removed unless requested otherwise.

Deactivation(Required)

Hosting for your domain will be deactivated on the last day of the month of your last payment (Monday through Friday). Please make sure you have downloaded/transferred all of your files/email and are ready for hosting of the domain(s) to be deactivated before the end of the month, since all files, including email, will be deleted from the server when the site is deactivated. Any DNS entries for your domain will be removed from our name servers.
